Description: Proxy report for patients ages 5-17 years. PROMIS Proxy Alcohol Use assesses drinking patterns, cue-based drinking, cravings to drink, and efforts to control drinking that indicate problematic drinking, particularly at the high end of the severity continuum. Patient proxy will receive this measure automatically if they score a positive screen on the Proxy AUDIT-C.
