Items are rated from 0 to 4
0 - 20: minimal symptoms
21+: presentation of OCD

  • Items 1 - 5

Harm concerns

  • Items 6 - 10

Unacceptable thoughts

  • Items 11 - 15

Symmetry concerns

  • Items 16 - 20
