Scores are calculated as means (BSL-23 Severity Classification)
Score ranges:
0 - 0.3: none or low
0.31 - 0.7: mild
0.71 - 1.7: moderate
1.71 - 2.7: high
2.71 - 3.5: very high
3.5 - 4+: extremely high
