This instrument is part of the Neuro-QoL Battery.

Neuro-QoL measures quantify the physical, mental, and social effects experienced by adults and children living with neurological conditions.

Note: Many of the Neuro-QoL assessments refer to the patient as a person with TBI, and the norming for these assessments have been done with populations of persons with and/or caregivers of people with TBI. Please consider this when using the assessment and/or interpreting the scores.

We have replaced the terms “person with TBI”, "person with the injury" or other references to injury with “patient”
