PROMIS Proxy Cognitive Function

Description: A 7-item parent proxy-report measure for children and adolescents ages 5-17 years. Focuses on the child’s difficulties in cognitive abilities (e.g., memory, attention, and decision making), and difficulties in the application of such abilities to everyday tasks (e.g., planning, organizing, calculating, remembering, and learning).

Note: This assessment may be used across a variety of different psychiatric populations.
