Description: Used for ages 8-17 years. NIH Toolbox Loneliness is an 7-item self-report measure that assesses perceptions that one is alone, lonely, or socially isolated from others.

Scoring: Higher score = greater perceived loneliness
16-40, low
41-59, normal
60+, high
