PROMIS Alcohol Use (adult/pediatric)

Description: PROMIS Alcohol Use assesses drinking patterns, cue-based drinking, cravings to drink, and efforts to control drinking that indicate problematic drinking, particularly at the high end of the severity continuum. Patients receive this measure automatically if they score a positive screen on the AUDIT-C.

Self-report ages: 8+ years
Pediatric proxy-report (patient) ages: 5-17 years
