How to Find the PROM Dashboard

For Evolv users, you can access your PROM dashboard at https://sheppardpratt.healthcare/.

For Sunrise users, your PROM dashboard can be found at https://sphsoutcomes.net/.

You can access your PROM dashboard multiple ways:

  1. From Your Sheppard Pratt Desktop

    For Sunrise users: Once you've logged into a Sheppard Pratt computer, look for the DMAR Hub icon on the computer desktop.

    For Evolv users: look for the Community Hub icon on the computer desktop.


     

  2. From Sheppard Pratt Pulse

    Links to DMAR Hub can also be found on Sheppard Pratt Pulse:

    • Hover your mouse over "Search Center" and select "Search Documents, Videos, Links, Pages and FAQs"
    • Type "DMAR" into the search bar or scroll to the bottom of the page to "Systems & Applications"
    • Select "DMAR Hub - Hospitals" for dashboards related to the Towson and BWC services. Select "DMAR Hub - Comm Svcs" for dashboards related to the community clinics"

  3. From Sunrise

    DMAR Hub can be accessed through Sunrise. Add the DMAR Hub link to your toolbar for easier access:

    In Sunrise, find the Toolbar settings under Preferences
    Use the + symbol to add DMAR Hub to your toolbar.
     

    The DMAR Hub link will appear in your toolbar:
