You can also view the actual PROM questionnaires used in the instrument library, accessed through the Customize PROM panel.
The link icon will take you to the instrument library, which houses information on all of the currently available questionnaires for your patient.
The instrument library will open to the appropriate menu based on your patient's age. For example, if you select the link icon on an adult patient's PROM panel, the library will open to the adult menu.
