Site managers can view which users have access to their program dashboard. To view this list, please find the user list icon on the top right of the dashboard:
When you click on the icon, it will open to an alphabetized list of users that have access to the dashboard.
How to add new users
When program staff request access to your program dashboard, you will receive an email from digitalservices@sheppardpratt.org informing you of the request. The email will include a link to their DMAR Hub profile.
Click on the link in the email to open the DMAR Hub profile.
- Select the appropriate roles for the staff member. These roles will include:
- the requested program dashboard: this will appear in the role list as Dashboard - [location name/abbreviation] (i.e. ADH, Outpatient Services, etc.)
- the staff member's role in the program (only 1 role will be selected):
- Role - Clinician: used for treatment providers, including psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, nursing staff
- Role - Data Collector: used for front desk/office administrators
all PROM subroles - these allow users to engage with the PROM dashboard features:
- Subrole - Adhoc Assessments: allows users to create one-time PROMs
- Subrole - Instrument Selection: allows users to customize PROMs
- Subrole - Send Remote PROM: allows users to send PROM texts and emails
- Click 'Submit'. The staff member will now appear in the program dashboard user list.
How to address unknown users
There may be occasions that you receive a new user authentication email for users who are not associated with your site, but have requested access. For these users, please use reply to them with the following (or something similar):
The dashboards on DMAR Hub are limited to telehealth services, patient reported outcomes, and hospital outcomes, and contain patient information. If you do not need access to a dashboard for these purposes, you can ignore the DMAR Hub and/or Community Hub icons on your workstation. If you do need access, please make sure you are selecting the correct location or reach out to your supervisor for assistance.
How to update user access
For program staff that no longer need dashboard access for a specific program, or need their access updated for a new program you can update this by:
- Open the user list and find the staff member's name.
Click the gear icon next the name. The staff member's DMAR Hub role list will open.
- Uncheck the dashboard that the staff member no longer needs OR check the dashboard that the staff member needs.
- Click 'Submit'. The program dashboard user list will update based on your changes.
